All orders are securely packed and shipped with tracking information provided. We offer multiple delivery methods depending on your needs and budget, including standard mail, express mail, and overnight delivery. We guarantee the safe delivery of all packages within 30 days so you can shop confidently knowing your items will arrive quickly and in perfect condition.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy is strictly no returns. All sales are considered final and we do not accept any returned items. We understand that sometimes items may not meet customer expectations, so we offer a generous exchange policy instead. Customers can exchange their purchase for an item of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receiving the item. Eligible exchanges must be in original condition, with all accessories included, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. For orders shipped to Canada and the United States, customers have the option to ship back the item or visit one of our retail locations for an Exchange in-Store (EIS). All shipping costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
